I believe Sacerifical disable and enable for all his mods, but am not sure. Those are two options if you don't want extreme violence in your game. I don't have extreme violence, and haven't played with it. You can ignore serial killers, kidnapping, armed robbery, car accident, and fatal illness if you want to. I haven't tried a fatal illness, I think there might be a way to reverse it if you get to the hospital quick enough. The sim you are controlling, you can give them a fatal illness. You have the other two options make fun of, and intimidate. This is more agressive than Life's drama. You can still select bullying where you can have your sim beat the other sim down. Life's Tragedies you don't have to enable it. More like watching a half boxing match and half cat fight. They get an instant -100 in relationship.
They beat each other up, with a little boxing, slapping, shoving, and kneeing each other. If you select social popularity you can make your sim get in a scrap with another sim. Have you tried sacerifical's life's Drama? No guns.
